A form, a ticket confirmation, a lease or a worksheet: it’s a PDF on your phone and someone wants it on paper. Here are your options, fastest first.
If you need it today
- A nearby printer. At work, at a friend’s, or a wireless printer: on iPhone, use Share โ Print (AirPrint); on Android, Share โ Print or the printer maker’s app.
- A print shop or pharmacy. FedEx Office, The UPS Store, Staples and many pharmacies print from an emailed file or upload. Expect to pay per page and wait in line.
- The library. Many public libraries print for a small per-page fee.
If it can wait a few days
Have it printed and mailed to you, or to whoever needs it.
- Open the PDF on your phone (Files, Mail, Drive, wherever it lives).
- Share it to the Inktoss app, or upload it from inside the app.
- Pick options: color or black and white, paper type, copies.
- Enter the address and pay.
It’s $0.29 a page, color or black and white, plus $1.49 Standard shipping. A 5-page PDF comes to $2.94. Orders ship the next business day, and Standard shipping typically takes 3โ5 business days in the mail. Every option includes tracking, and Expedited and Rush are available at checkout if you need it sooner.
Tips
- Need to sign it? Print it, sign it in pen, then scan or mail it back. See how to print, sign and mail a form.
- Mail it straight to the recipient. If the paper copy is for someone else, a landlord, an office or a relative, send it to their address directly.
- Check page count first. Long PDFs add up. If you only need a few pages, choose them before ordering.
